For memoirists, there’s the story we want to tell and the reason we’re telling it. Vividly recording our first memories can help us understand our motivations and the universal truths we wish to capture. During this five-day class, you’ll learn the elements of storytelling (character development, setting, conflict, and writing effective dialogue) and how to use these elements to create memorable scenes that will help your reader learn not just what happened, but what it meant to you.
