Problem-Solving Mini-Retreat for Writers (This seminar is full!)
August 11 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Instructor: Louise Mitchell
NOTE: This seminar is free for members only.
Sunday, 8/11/19 | 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Break through writer’s block, deepen your writer’s voice, connect with a new project, have insight on a work in progress. Enjoy a nature-based, closed-eye exercise that inspires you to write in your natural, creative flow. Wear casual, comfortable clothing. Bring writing paper and pens or pencils. No meditation experience is necessary, but a willingness to relax and invite the guidance of your muse is paramount.
“Almost everything will work again, if you unplug it for a few minutes,
including you.” – Anne Lamott, author
