Queries and Elevator Pitches and Synopses, Oh My! (in-person seminar series)
May 21 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT
Instructor: Jody Hobbs Hesler
$60 Members | $65 Nonmembers
Sundays, 5/14/23 – 5/21/23 | 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET
In this two-part seminar, participants will workshop query letters and synopses of finished works and will learn to boil down their book-length stories into bite-sized elevator pitches. We’ll discuss some of what’s involved with researching agents and publishers, too, and how to select which ones make the best prospects.
