In this week-long writing workshop, we will read and discuss a variety of published stories, poems, and songs, and explore a wide range of writing prompts and exercises. We will also engage in activities around town to spark inspiration and creativity, and learn many of the tools and techniques used in both poetry and prose. Throughout the week you will have the opportunity to share ideas, work on something you have already started or begin something new, get feedback, and refine your work. Join us on this writing adventure!
*This session will offer some different readings, activities, and writing exercises from Session One in the event you are interested in both!
Limit: 10 students. At the end of the writing camp session, we’ll have a reading for parents and friends.
