Helen Chandler

INSTRUCTOR BIO

Helen Chandler is a writer from Ireland living in Charlottesville. She recently graduated from the MFA program at the University of Virginia, where she taught fiction for two years and edited Meridian magazine. She is an assistant director at the Young Writers Workshop, a residential summer camp for teenage writers and her stories, essays, reviews and interviews have appeared in The Stinging Fly, LitHub, Tammy, Passages North, The South Circular, Colony, Don’t Do It magazine and Meridian. She is at work on a collection of essays.
