Programs
WriterHouse is committed to nurturing all writers, especially the next generation of writers. We have facilitated multiple programs in local schools such as Walker Upper Elementary School, Clark Elementary School, and Monticello High School. During Covid-19, we were unable to continue with multiple school initiatives we had facilitated, but we are currently planning some new programs that we hope to start in the future. If you are interested in bringing a WriterHouse program to your school or young writers group, please contact us at programs@writerhouse.org. Examples of our programs include mentoring programs for young writers, memoir writing workshops, and teaching young writers how to write text for picture books.
