Community Partnerships

WriterHouse partners with a wide variety of organizations to sponsor free literary events including contests, author events and workshops. Some of our past and current partners include the Jefferson-Madison Regional Library, New Dominion Bookshop, The Women’s Initiative, Walker Upper Elementary School, The Village School, Monticello High School, The Center, and C-ville Weekly. In 2023, we offered fifteen free community literary events and workshops with over 600 community members in attendance. If you or your organization are interested in partnering with us to offer a free literary event, please send us an email at programs@writerhouse.org and let us know about your idea.

WriterHouse, Inc. is a non-profit organization, exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, and registered as a charitable organization with the Virginia State Office of Consumer Affairs.
